We are currently expanding our production capacity and are looking for dedicated General Mechanical Laborers to join our team at the Bình Mỹ workshop. This is an entry-level position perfect for hardworking individuals who want to build a foundation in the industrial manufacturing sector. No prior mechanical experience is required - we provide full on-the-job training.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist lead mechanics and machine operators with daily fabrication and assembly tasks.

• Load, unload, and safely transport raw metal materials and industrial equipment within the facility.

• Operate basic hand tools and workshop equipment under direct supervision.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment on the shop floor.

Requirements

• Strong work ethic, reliability, and a proactive willingness to learn technical skills.

• Physical stamina to handle manual labor, including lifting materials and standing for extended periods.

• Strict adherence to workplace safety guidelines (Note: Approved safety footwear is strictly mandatory at all times).

• Ability to follow instructions accurately and work effectively in a team environment.
